How does the GBP Tune-Up work?
Once you pay the US$297 (A$449) invoice, add [email protected] as a Manager on your Google Business Profile (Business Profile settings, People and access, Add) and answer 6 short questions by email. We send the drafts for one approval, make the changes, and email a before/after summary within 7 days. You keep ownership of your profile the whole time.
Will this get me more calls?
That's what the work is for. We won't promise a number of calls or a ranking, because Google decides what it shows and anyone who promises otherwise is guessing. We fix what's in our control, track what we can, and report honestly.
What happens after the Tune-Up?
You can run the profile yourself from there; everything we set up is yours. If you'd rather we kept it current, GBP Care is US$99/mo: four posts a month, a reply to every new review (you approve anything 3 stars or lower), a monthly profile check and a one-page report. Cancel anytime by email.
Do I really never need a call?
Yes. If something is easier to show, we send a written walkthrough with screenshots.
What access do you need?
Manager access to your Google Business Profile and editor access to your website. Or we send changes to your web person.
How do you track calls and booked jobs?
We add tracking to your site and Profile where possible. We can only report booked jobs if you tell us which enquiries turned into work, and that part is optional.
Is there a contract?
Month-to-month, cancel anytime, no contract. The setup fee and the deep-dive audit are one-off.
Do you buy reviews or links?
No. We help you ask real customers. We never pay or reward anyone for reviews and don't use paid link schemes.
Do you use AI?
For research and first drafts. A person reviews every change before it goes live.
